It is Piepenbrock's aim to offer services and products with a high level of quality at suitable prices. In doing so, the company takes account of individual customer needs. Simultaneously, a variety of legislative requirements must be observed.
The integrated management system from Piepenbrock describes and optimises standardised and reproducible procedures for quality as well as environmental protection and occupational safety. It takes account of these standards on the basis of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008:
Organisational instructions, process descriptions, work instructions, forms, check lists and test reports are held in an electronic document management system. In this way, staff have all up-to-date documents available. Furthermore, the system controls the workflow during updating and informs the users about changes in the management handbook.
The management system is developed on an ongoing basis by regional quality managers in the Piepenbrock branches and regularly checked during internal and external audits. The potential for improvement that arises from this is integrated in the usual procedures. Regular checking is thereby an essential element of the ongoing improvement process.
The following Piepenbrock branches are certified in accordance with the environmental management standard ISO 14001:2004:
The trade association for the construction industry has successfully appraised our branches in Dortmund and Bremen as well as another ten branches in the Rhine-Main region in recent years. AMS BAU is an industry-specific occupational safety management system for member firms. The concept is based on eleven topic areas and the "national manual for occupational safety management systems" (NLF) agreed in the Federal Republic of Germany in June 2002.
